How to Sell
There are some quick and easy steps to get you going quickly:
Step 1) You will need to register on our site. It is free. Click the button “Create Your Listing Now” to start.
Step 2) Provide us with information, specifics, photos and your lowest acceptable price for your aircraft. Our easy to use online questionnaire makes this process simple!
Step 3) Your listing is reviewed by our program team and we will contact you to discuss any missing information. At this point, your aircraft listing is not yet live on the site.
Step 4) We publish your listing with a “Make an Offer” button. This allows buyers to submit offers in advance of an auction. As they come in, we will present offers to you in real time. The aircraft can remain as a listing for as long as you want. Should you wish to accept one of these offers and not go to auction, then it becomes a brokered sale. This service is free to the seller yet we charge the buyer a 2.5% brokerage commission.
Step 5) If we get several credible offers on your aircraft, we will contact you to set an online auction date. The auction will be private and each participant is required to inspect the aircraft in advance. This is coordinated by Aviation Auctions. Once the auction goes live, we usually let it run for 10 days and the aircraft goes to the highest bidder. For this reason, we ask for exclusivity while the auction is underway. This service is also free to the seller yet we charge the buyer a 5% buyers premium.
